Insurance and Billing
We accept most insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We will be happy to file your insurance claims for you, however your co-payment is due at the time of service. For those services not covered by insurance we allow a 5% discount for payment-in-full at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards or checks. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please contact our Financial Coordinator for details.
Our office also participates in the Citi Health Card Patient Financing. If you qualify, you may take 12 months, no interest on your dental treatment costs, or go longer with very low interest rates (with approved credit rating). Find out more at www.healthcard.citicards.com
